Evaluate and Claim CME Credit Starting Today

CME Credit

The ATS is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education, and the ATS 2022 International Conference offers more than 200 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ for physicians.

CME Certificates of credit for ATS 2022 will be awarded based on the participant attending the activity, completing and submitting an evaluation, and attesting to the credits earned. A CME certificate will be available upon successful completion of all three components. You will be able to evaluate and claim CME credit from now until July 31, 2022. If you have any questions about the CME, contact an ATS staff member at [email protected].

MOC Points

ATS 2022 attendees are able to earn more than 16 Maintenance of Certification points from Core Curriculum and Clinical Year in Review sessions.

American Board of Internal Medicine or American Board of Pediatrics MOC points will be available based on the content of each activity. Eligible sessions cover adult and pediatric topics related to pulmonary, critical care, and sleep medicine.

To claim MOC, you must complete the requirements for CME, as all MOC sessions are also CME certified, and do the following:

  • During ATS 2022: Attend any or all of the MOC symposia you are interested in. Advance registration is not required.
  • Follow the steps to claim CME credit: In order to claim your CME credits, you will need to complete an evaluation for each session attended. This evaluation is not the Post-Test exam that must be completed and passed in order to claim MOC credit. The evaluation can be found here
  • After ATS 2022: Take the knowledge-based post-test found here. Post-tests for all MOC-eligible symposia will be available on May 18, 2022, at 5 p.m. PT, and attendees can take the tests at no cost through Sunday, July 31, at 11:59 p.m. PT. Note: Submitting answers through the audience response system during a session does not count as completing the post-test. Also, completing the steps to claim just the CME credits will not automatically grant you MOC points. You must complete the CME session evaluation AND pass the MOC post-test to earn MOC.
