Early bird registration for the ATS 2024 International Conference is officially open! Scheduled May 17-22 in San Diego, the premier respiratory health conference will highlight the latest groundbreaking developments in pulmonary, critical care, and sleep medicine. At ATS 2024, professionals can collaborate, network, or reconnect with other experts from around the globe to advance patient care or research.
Early bird registration, which guarantees conference attendees the best rates, extends through Thursday, March 14. Late advance registration rates are available from Friday, March 15 – Thursday, May 16. Starting Friday, May 17, only on-site registration packages and rates will be available.
ATS members save $495 more than nonmembers when they enroll during the early bird registration period, more than an entire year’s worth of ATS membership dues. Nonmembers planning to attend ATS 2024 are encouraged to consider joining the Society to take advantage of these savings and the many other benefits of belonging to the world’s leading medical society dedicated to accelerating the advancement of global respiratory health.
Lower rates are available for in-training members and nonmembers. Additionally, ATS members from low- and middle-income countries (LMIC) are eligible to receive a 30 percent discount on general registration, postgraduate courses, meet the expert, and medical education seminars. Attendees who register early for ATS 2024 will also ensure they receive a hotel room with one of the ATS-approved hotels. In addition to the convenient locations near the convention center, the ATS has worked with these hotels to guarantee the lowest rates in the city. Attendees must register for the conference before booking a contractual hotel room. Those who register on the ATS conference website will be directed to book their lodging as soon as their registration is confirmed. While registrants must provide credit card information when booking their reservations, a deposit won’t be withdrawn until the week before the conference.
The ATS and Maritz Global Events have also collaborated with FHTglobal to provide travel packages designed for international groups. Basic packages include a hotel room and breakfast, but guests may choose from additional package enhancements and a la carte offerings to fit their budget and needs. Group packages for hotel rooms only are also available.
International groups and exhibitors interested in booking a block of hotel rooms must submit their rooming request on the website by Thursday, March 14. After this date, a $350 charge will be assessed for each canceled room reservation.
