Authors and Editors to Provide Unique Insights into Recently Published Papers in JAMA and NEJM

Two sessions on Sunday, May 15, will offer unique perspectives on recently published papers in the Journal of the American Medical Association and the New England Journal of Medicine from their authors and editors.

The morning session will address clinical topics in pulmonary medicine. Discussion on the Edge: Reports of Recently Published Pulmonary Research begins at 9:30 a.m. PT.

The afternoon session will address critical care medicine. Discussion on the Edge: Reports of Recently Published Critical Care Research begins at 2:15 p.m. PT.

Both 90-minute sessions will take place in Room 3000/3002/3004 (West Building, Level 3), Moscone Center. Each will feature author presentations on recent publications selected by the editors for their significance to the specialty being addressed. The audience will have the opportunity to pose questions directly to the authors and editors.

Through these discussions, attendees will further their understanding of the published research, including its direct application to respiratory medicine, as well as the selection process for publication.

Speaker names and presentation titles will be announced during the ATS 2022 International Conference.
