Exhibit Hall Opens Today

The ATS 2023 International Conference Exhibit Hall will showcase more than 200 exhibitors for three days, from Sunday to Tuesday, May 21–23, in Halls A-B of the Walter E. Washington Convention Center. Daily hours are from 10:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m. ET.

Unopposed Exhibit Hall hours are 1:15–2:15 p.m. each day. No educational sessions are programmed during this time.

The ATS 2023 International Conference is the largest such event in the United States for pulmonary, critical care, and sleep medicine professionals, making it the optimal setting for exhibiting new products and services that can improve care in these specialties.

Attendees will learn firsthand from the companies and organizations pushing forward the latest advancements and discoveries in respiratory science, patient care, and global public health.

“With over 11,000 professionals gathered in one place, it’s an excellent opportunity for exhibitors to have one-on-one conversations, answer questions, and inform clinicians and researchers about their latest offerings,” said ATS CEO Karen J. Collishaw, MPP, CAE.

In addition to exhibitor booths, the showroom floor will feature several unique offerings for conference attendees. Eight industry program theaters will hold Continuing Medical Education sessions ranging from 20–60 minutes.

A schedule of featured industry programs, including Industry Theaters and Guru Bars in the Exhibit Hall, is available on the ATS Conference News website.

“The industry program theater sessions are a great way to efficiently learn more about breakthroughs in research, education, and technology,” Ms. Collishaw said. “With Q&A periods offered after each presentation, they allow for ample interaction with speakers.”

The Exhibit Hall also offers several opportunities for attendees to network. Coffee & Connections areas will be open all three days from 10:30 a.m.–1:15 p.m. and provide free coffee, healthy snacks, and an excellent place to meet with old and new colleagues. The Toast to Innovation Networking Event will be held on Tuesday, May 23, from 1:15–2:15 p.m. and provide attendees a chance to mingle.

Additional reasons to visit the Exhibit Hall include the Fun Zone, NASA Hyperwall, PAR Path featuring Public Advisory Roundtable organizations, and Thematic Poster-Exhibit Hall Lounge.

A headshot lounge will also be located inside the Exhibit Hall, where attendees can have updated portraits taken free of charge. Photos will be managed on a first-come, first-served basis, with no prior sign-up required.

Many thanks to Polarean for their support of Coffee & Connections and to AstraZeneca for their support of the Fun Zone.
