Amongst the numerous engaging educational opportunities available to ATS 2024 International Conference attendees, Meet the Expert and Medical Education Seminars are informal, one-hour morning and mid-day, small-group seminars that provide a platform for direct interaction with recognized leaders across multiple specialties.
Expert researchers, clinicians, technology or procedural expert speakers, and emerging independent academics will share the latest research and best practices to offer practical, impactful guidance for respiratory health professionals.
“This year, we have 49 Meet the Expert and Medical Education Seminars, which are opportunities for attendees to gather in intimate environments to dig deep into relevant topics of interest that range from basic science to research to clinical topics,” said International Conference Committee Chair Debra Boyer, MD, MHPE. “We’ve also revamped our mid-day sessions between noon and one p.m. that I think will be really exciting and of interest to many of our members.”
Most sessions will start with a 20–30-minute presentation followed by a discussion with the speaker(s). Please note that sessions fill up quickly, and registration is limited. Registration for each course has a $100 enrollment fee for ATS members and non-members. Light refreshments will be served during these sessions.
